Head Chef Hervé Courtot´s Recipe

 Prague Chocolate was a partner of the prestigious Beauty and Golf Tour which was held from 12th to 14th May. All the participants of the tournament had the opportunity to taste some of our chocolate products including the hottest novelty Globuli Carolini. Another delicacy was prepared in cooperation with Prague Chocolate by Mr. Hervé Courtot, Head Chef of a well-known Japanese restaurant Nobu, Hotel Atlantis in Dubai, whose co-owner is an Oscar-winning actor, Robert de Niro. It was chocolate mousse made according to an original recipe.
